Workroom Standard exists to help readers make better workspace decisions. Revenue supports the site, but it should not determine the recommendation.

Research-based vs hands-on

We do not describe a product as personally tested, measured, owned, or used unless that actually happened. Research-based pages use current manufacturer specifications, retailer information, reputable independent testing, and recurring customer-feedback patterns.

How products are evaluated

Criteria vary by category but may include dimensions, footprint, compatibility, adjustment range, materials, warranty, support, assembly, value, drawbacks, and suitability for different users.

Affiliate relationships

Commission percentage does not decide the recommendation. We may link to multiple retailers where useful. Every commercial page should explain meaningful limitations rather than only presenting positives.

Pricing

Prices change frequently. Workroom Standard avoids permanent price claims and does not use phrases such as “guaranteed lowest price” unless independently verified at the time of publication.

Corrections

Commercial pages should be reviewed for discontinued products, broken links, major specification changes, and unavailable recommendations.
