Workroom Standard is designed to collect as little personal information as practical.
Information you choose to provide
If you use a contact or newsletter form, the site may collect the name, email address, topic, and message information you submit. That information is used to respond to your request or provide the subscription you requested.
Hosting logs
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, request time, and pages requested for security, reliability, and basic traffic operations.
Analytics
No third-party analytics account is included in this production package. If analytics is activated later, this policy will be updated to identify the provider and relevant cookie or measurement practices.
Affiliate links
At launch, product links are direct non-affiliate links. When affiliate links are activated, clicking them may allow the destination merchant or affiliate network to process referral information under its own privacy policy. We will disclose affiliate relationships clearly on relevant pages.
Newsletter signups should be connected only to a reputable email service. Subscribers must be able to unsubscribe from future marketing messages.
Data sharing
Workroom Standard does not sell personal information. Service providers may process data as necessary to host the site, handle forms, deliver email, prevent abuse, or support approved site operations.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted through the contact page, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Changes
This policy will be updated before enabling advertising technology, new analytics, or other material data-processing features.
